Leaders and colleagues in everyday conversations at work
Central circle connected to smaller circles, representing different perspectives

A certification for experienced coaches and facilitators who want to work with meaning in real leadership situations. Approved by the International Coaching Federation.

Point of Value Facilitator Certification Programme

Learn to work where decisions are actually formed.

If you hold an ICF credential, this programme counts towards your renewal:

24 CCE units, 13 of them in Core Competencies.

You know the session.

Your client is engaged, the insight is real and the conversation is good. Two weeks later, under pressure, they make the same decision they always make.

The coaching didn't fail. It worked at the level where decisions are discussed, and decisions are formed somewhere else.

The Point of Value programme trains you to work at that other level.

What you learn to do

  • Help clients put precise words to what matters to them, using a defined value language rather than labels.

  • Use comparative ranking to turn what clients say matters into clear priorities.

  • Facilitate the work through structured dialogue, so that differences in how people see a situation become visible and usable.

  • How the process is a dialogue starter: personal values are orientations that shift over time.

  • Connect that insight to the decisions your clients are facing now.

The certification programme

This programme is approved by the International Coaching Federation for 24 CCE units: 13 Core Competencies and 11 Resource Development. ICF-credentialed coaches can count these towards credential renewal.

Everyone who completes the programme receives a certificate of completion stating the units earned.

The programme runs through either physical or digital session. They are spread out over a set time period, adaptable to your schedule.

In your orientation call we will walk you through the process.

After certification

Certified facilitators join the Certified level of the Point of Value Collective and apply the approach directly in coaching and leadership work.

The starting point is a conversation — to understand how you currently work, where you want to go deeper, and whether this is the right fit.
