Leaders and colleagues in everyday conversations at work
Central circle connected to smaller circles, representing different perspectives

As a practitioner, you have probably felt this. The insight is there and the conversations are good. But decisions remain the same.

That is because most approaches, coaching included, work at the level where decisions are discussed. Not at the level where they are actually formed.

Most leadership development changes how people think

Very little changes how they decide

This is not for everyone. It is for experienced practitioners working in
complex leadership environments who want to go deeper than frameworks
and awareness.

The Point of Value collective

The Point of Value collective is not a network, a network connects people.

The Point of Value collective changes how you work.
It is a way of practising leadership development at the level of how situations are interpreted, how priorities are defined, and how decisions are actually made.

Practitioners in the Point of Value collective work with something most development approaches cannot reach: the moment where interpretation shapes decision. That is where real change happens.

What this gives you in practice

For practitioners

  • A structured way to work with meaning in complex leadership situations, not another tool to add to a portfolio, but a different way of working.

  • The ability to work at a level most practitioners cannot reach.

  • Access to enterprise work through the Collective, organisations working with Point of Value look for certified practitioners to deliver.

For organisations

  • Practitioners who work beyond awareness and frameworks.

  • Leadership development that translates into decisions, not just insight.

  • Consistent quality across delivery.
