Value.Lab

Take the next step: Co-create the future

Value.Lab is a monthly forum for co-creation of new processes, products, tools and applications, where we explore thoughts and ideas with an experimental and innovative mindset. The two-hour interactive online sessions have specific topics relating to value work in different settings in our ecosystem.

When we ran our test labs in 2022, there was a huge interest in participating, so it’s first come, first served. The number of participants is limited to 12 and in case of high demand we are happy to plan more Value.Labs on the same topic. Our intention is to include participants from different businesses that bring diverse perspectives to the conversation.

Are you curious about one or several of our Value.Lab topics and would like to participate? Fill out the application by clicking the button below the Value.Lab that you would like to attend and we will keep you informed about availability.

Values-on-a-wall-round-

Making Values Sticky

Gemma Noonan & Simon Hawtrey Woore

Value.Lab on Making Values Sticky. And not just stuck on a wall!

Often great effort is put into creating company values, yet that’s just the start.

The more significant challenge can be embedding them into the ‘every day’ to foster a meaningful and high-performing culture.

  • What happens after they are created?
  • What’s next?
  • How do you turn values into behaviours and ensure team members are aligned
  • How can we build ongoing meaning and motivation and not just a KPI to tick off?

We could love to hear your perspectives on how we can help make values sticky in company cultures.

Values and Young Entrepreneurs

Mahmoud Ramadan

Young entrepreneurs face challenges on their path to success that may test their faith and belief. Some persevere while others do not, depending on their values. In today’s VUCA world, personal values and alignment with team values are crucial for enhancing the performance of young entrepreneurs. This alignment can provide direction and purpose in an ever-changing environment, helping entrepreneurs make better decisions and navigate complexity.
